For more than thirty years, Lawrence Moore, Principal, and staff have secured relationships in various industries inclusive of: transportation; retail, commercial and industrial facilities; public utilities; institutional and government sectors that have relied on Gideon’s 300 to safeguard their people, assets and business. Through its network of local and regional resources, Gideon’s 300 delivers a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions to its clients.

A former United States Marine, Mr. Moore served in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1970. Having served his country, Mr. Moore committed to security at home by entering law enforcement where he has served for over thirty-five years in numerous capacities. Upon receiving training at the Chicago Police Academy, he served for eighteen years as a policeman in Robbins, IL. During that period Mr. Moore was promoted to Municipal Deputy Chief of Police, and moved on to the Department of Protection for the State of IL. Committed to community, Mr. Moore embraced the D.A.R.E. program and received training from the Illinois State Police. To further enhance his law enforcement background, Mr. Moore realized success in academia in Political Science [Moraine Valley College]; and Business Management [Illinois Institute of Technology].

Mr. Moore has strategically positioned Gideon’s 300 in the Chicago metropolitan area and the Midwest region to secure opportunities beyond the traditional means of going it alone. In today’s competitive market place, Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers have developed ongoing joint venture / partnering relationships that are mutually beneficial, and meet client requirements. Using the collective resources of Gideon’s 300, has ultimately led the firm to increased market share. This is the vision Mr. Moore set out to accomplish when he founded Gideon’s 300 Security Services, Inc.
